Warranty Claims

  1. Every manufacturer/brand has their own warranty terms and Musaffir does not provide any direct warranty to any products sold at our store.
  2. We are committed to assisting you with your claims and we will take all possible measures to help you with the claim settlement
  3. For any warranty claim, you can directly approach the brand support team with the original invoice bill or you can write to us on info@musaffirtw.com for assistance with the details of the defect and a few pictures.
  4. Only manufacturing defects will be covered in a warranty claim, hence any damage caused by mishandling, crash etc will not be covered.
  5. All warranty claims sent to www.betterlifemaids.com/, will be strictly processed upon submission of the original invoice.
  6. Shipping charges for any warranty claims will need to be borne by the customer, Musaffir is not responsible for managing those charges.
  7. Products purchased during “Seasonal Sale and Clearance Sale” or purchased below MRP all products will be out of this policy and warranty claim will not be applicable.
