Shipping Policy
- Delivery Charges: All orders above INR 6000/- are eligible for free shipping all over India, however, some products will not have free shipping and will be mentioned in the details.
- Time for Delivery: The ordered product will be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the complete payment of the product. Normally it takes 5 – 7 for delivery, however, it will depend on the service provider and Musaffir will not be responsible for any delays.
- Mode of Shipping: All shipping will be through surface only and once the shipping is processed, we will be providing the Tracking number. We try our best to engage with the most professional courier company and hence we currently work with DTDC and India Post.
- Damages: Musaffir will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product during transit.
- Express Delivery: Any requirement for express delivery will be borne by the customer, based on which we will facilitate the same.
- Sale Period: During “Seasonal Sale and Clearance Sale” all products will be out of this policy and Shipping charges will be applicable at actuals.
- Shipping Address: To ensure we are shipping the product to the correct address, please provide a complete shipping address including postal code for every order. We would also require the contact details of the person ordering and receiving the product.
