Warranty Claims
- Every manufacturer/brand has their own warranty terms and Musaffir does not provide any direct warranty to any products sold at our store.
- We are committed to assisting you with your claims and we will take all possible measures to help you with the claim settlement
- For any warranty claim, you can directly approach the brand support team with the original invoice bill or you can write to us on info@musaffirtw.com for assistance with the details of the defect and a few pictures.
- Only manufacturing defects will be covered in a warranty claim, hence any damage caused by mishandling, crash etc will not be covered.
- All warranty claims sent to www.betterlifemaids.com/, will be strictly processed upon submission of the original invoice.
- Shipping charges for any warranty claims will need to be borne by the customer, Musaffir is not responsible for managing those charges.
- Products purchased during “Seasonal Sale and Clearance Sale” or purchased below MRP all products will be out of this policy and warranty claim will not be applicable.
