Return Policy
- Return of the product will be accepted only if the product is different from what you had ordered and in case there are some sizing issues.
- In the above cases, please take pictures of the product/it’s packaging to initiate the return process.
- All products which are returned/exchanged/replaced will need to be unused and should not show any signs of wear and tear.
- While returning any product customers must ensure that the product is packed in its original packing, with all original tags, manuals and invoices. There will be no exception to this.
- The products should be shipped back through a reputed courier service provider in a secure box so that the product does not get damaged during transit. Any damaged product will not be accepted. Shipping charges for replacement (to and fro) will need to be borne by the customer.
- Exchange of products needs to be done within 7 days of delivery, anything beyond that will not be entertained.
- While replacing your product, in case your choice of product is not available we will give you a Store Credit which can be used for buying any other products.
- Any products purchased during the sale period or purchased below MRP will not be eligible for exchange or return.
