Just go for it. They have quite a good collection- more like one stop for all. I ordered a saddle bag and he dispatched… it in two days. The bags were well packed, and neatly delivered. The best part is, he keeps in touch with you. When there was a slight delay in the package reaching me, he escalated it from his side with the courier partners and got resolved in no time. This is my second visit to the shop, first I went their for purchasing helmet, Linson changed my view on how the helmet… fitting should be for a biker with pros and cons. He has explained in detail and also answered all my queries very patiently. It’s not about only business but also the comfort you give to the customer which makes him feel like Musaffir – The Wanderers should be the first option when you think about Riding gear.Second time visited for Riding jacket, patiently heard my requirement shown different options and explained protection levels, what is minimum required feature when you purchase a jacket.The best customer service I will say because I’ve visited few other riding gear shops earlier where they only give attention if you buy something otherwise they just ignore you.read more
